Regular Volunteers MUST be FINGERPRINTED by LAUSD

BEFORE WORKING WITH STUDENTS! 

New Volunteers to Lockhurst Drive Charter:

The following procedures and forms need to be completed.

• Completed online application
  • Submitted through volunteerapp.lausd.net
  • Printed and signed, kept on file
• Signed Volunteer Commitment Form
• Megan’s Law clearance through https://www.meganslaw.ca.gov 
• Tuberculosis test clearance through a medical provider
• On-Campus volunteers have COVID-19 vaccination card uploaded on the LAUSD Daily Pass
• Fingerprinting (when applicable)
  • School Staff will make an appointment for you to be fingerprinted
  • Volunteers MUST bring the following to the fingerprinting appointment
    • ​​​​​​​Valid ID
    • Socila Security Card
• Approved application by the Office of Parent and Community Services
